Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and unaltered
• Proof of purchase must be provided
• The item must be returned in resellable condition

Returns requested after 30 days of delivery may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

For approved returns, we provide a free return shipping label.

Returns must be shipped using the return label provided after your return request has been approved. Returns sent without authorization may be refused.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Please include:

• Your order number
• Clear photos of the product
• Clear photos of the packaging showing shipping labels

This helps us resolve the issue quickly.

Items Not Eligible for Return

Returns cannot be accepted for:

• Products that have been used, customized, printed, painted, or modified
• Natural variations in coir fiber color, texture, or shedding, which are normal characteristics of natural materials

Bulk Orders

Bulk and wholesale orders are eligible for returns within 30 days of delivery if the items are unused and in resellable condition.

For large production orders, we recommend ordering a sample first to confirm compatibility with your printing or customization process.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds or store credit may be offered depending on the condition of returned items.

Refund Processing

Once the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 3 business days.

Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
