If there is an issue with your order, please contact us at support@bulkblanks.com within 7 days of delivery. All return requests must be reviewed and approved before any items are sent back.

Return Eligibility

Returns are considered only when:

  • The product is defective, damaged during transit, or shipped incorrectly
  • Items are unused, and unaltered
  • Proof of purchase and supporting photos are provided

Approved refunds apply to the purchase price only. Original shipping fees, if applicable, are non-refundable.

Return Shipping

  • All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Returns must be shipped using a trackable service

Damage or Order Issues

For damaged or incorrect items, please email us with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the product issue
  • Clear photos of the packaging showing all shipping labels 
  • Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

Items Not Eligible for Return

We do not accept returns for:

  • Products that have been used, customized, printed, painted, or modified
  • Natural variations in raw materials, including coir fiber color, texture, or shedding
  • Orders placed incorrectly by the customer
  • Wholesale and bulk orders are final once shipped, except in cases of verified defects or fulfillment errors. If you have concerns about quality or compatibility, we recommend ordering a sample before placing a bulk order.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds or store credit may be offered at our sole discretion, depending on the condition of returned items.

Authorization Required

Please contact us before returning any products. Returns sent without prior approval may be refused.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method and may take up to 14 business days after inspection.
