Yes. All of our coir doormats are plain, blank mats designed for customization using methods such as UV printing, stenciling, hand painting, and screen printing.

Yes. Coir doormats are designed primarily for covered outdoor areas such as porches and entryways. For best results and longer lifespan, we recommend avoiding prolonged exposure to heavy rain or standing water.

Some initial shedding is normal with natural coir fiber, especially when first used or handled. This does not affect durability or performance and will lessen over time.

Common methods include UV printing, Laser engraving, stenciling with paint, hand painting, and screen printing. We recommend testing your specific process on a sample mat before large production runs.

Once shipped, most orders arrive within 3–5 business days. Delivery times may vary slightly based on your location and the carrier.

By placing a bulk or LTL order, you confirm that you can accept a freight delivery and that:

• Someone is available to receive and inspect the shipment
  
• You have access to a forklift, pallet jack, or loading dock, or
  You request and pay for liftgate service if needed
  
• Failure to meet delivery requirements may result in delivery refusal or redelivery fees, which are the customer’s responsibility.

LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) shipping is used for bulk and wholesale orders that are too large to ship via standard parcel carriers .
These orders are shipped palletized and delivered by a freight carrier.

Bulk orders shipped via LTL will arrive on a pallet.Products are stacked, labeled, and shrink-wrapped.Pallets are designed for forklift or pallet jack handling. Orders are delivered curbside by default.

No. We do not require a minimum order quantity. You can order samples or small quantities to test quality, thickness, and compatibility with your printing or painting process before placing a bulk order.

Yes. Free samples are available so you can evaluate our product quality, size, and compatibility with your printing or customization process before placing a bulk order. Customers only pay for the shipping cost.

• All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

Yes. Return authorization is required.
Returns sent without prior approval may be refused and returned to the sender.

Once an approved return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
